"Quiet, except the ranges"

Villages at Marne is a quiet subdivision, with the exception of the artillery ranges you can occasionally hear during the afternoon and evening (fully quiet by 10pm at the latest). Our neighbors are great, and I love that there are often middle/high school aged kids playing games of pick up basketball or young kids out riding bikes. If you're looking for a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, this one is great! Also located right outside gate 7 for Stewart, so super convenient for soldiers. Only downside is that the gate is closed on weekends, so you have to drive to Veterans or the main gate on weekends.
