Initially loved neighborhood. Tons of kids on our street. Family friendly. Please be aware that we live backed up to ponds and natural preserves i.e. wild animal habitats. We have ducks, geese, turkeys, wild pig, armadillos, deer, bobcats, snakes, and others. There are tons of pine trees, and forest areas. If you are concerned about how close Target is this neighborhood is not for you. Most neighbors chose Durbin to get away from the city.
