"Families that really love each other."

Smaller subdivision compared to others. Most people in the neighborhood are in the military. There are always kids outside playing as well. Neighbors are very nice. Very pet friendly. It is an HOA controlled area, $50 a year. Very quiet and off of a dead end road, so nobody comes through unless yet belong.
