We were fortunate to find a home on the edge of the White Oak & Hillandale neighborhoods.

Great area, strong schools in Montgomery County.

Big pluses: FDA Center is expanding which will pull in more jobs & more people, and there is a large Master Planned Community for White Oak, which will also benefit Hillandale. Strong market drivers are keeping real estate strong, & homes appreciating.

Very easy to get into downtown DC, via metro, so you can experience the best of both worlds: 'quieter' smaller neighborhood but easy to get into the city.

It's worth mentioning the area can get some heavy storms, we lost power a few times a year - so getting a home with a generator (if you see that in a listing) would be a big plus.
