"Low Traffic Neighborhood, convenient to amenities and a short drive from downtown"

Summerville Place is a beautiful, low traffic neighborhood with many perks. We loved walking the neighborhood and feeding the ducks in one of the seven small ponds. Being in a cul-de-sac, the kids were always out biking and playing - very neighborly! Most people take care of their properties but there are a number of rentals that look neglected. The neighborhood park is in a wooded area that is often overrun with teens but there are several other nearby parks that we enjoyed. We felt the neighborhood was convenient to everything and being 15 minutes away from base was the perfect distance. Overall, I would live in this neighborhood again in a heartbeat!

Pros Cons
  1. low traffic
  2. convenient to shopping
  3. well kept landscaping and ponds
  1. teen overrun park
  2. neglected rental properties
