Port Potomac is the poor man's sports car of mcmansions. Ive never seen so many "winterized" papers in windows (indicates bank owned status). The schools in the area are terrible, which correlates perfectly with the shitty adults in Woodbridge... terrible parents raise terrible children, hence the poor school rankings. If you are set on living in prince william co, move to the western part of the county. Woodbridge is a dump.

"Great location"

We live in Port Potomac and absolutely LOVE the neighborhood! It’s great access to everything. I love that we can afford a large house. The elementary school Mary Williams is really good, but I haven’t heard great things about Potomac Middle and Potomac HS. Luckily you can apply ot have your kid go outside of the zoned district. Takes us 20 mins to Belvoir and hubby takes 37 mins on the train to the Pentagon.

"Nice neighborhood"

I live in Port Potomac and we have had a great experience. The neighborhood is nice and well kept. We have a great indoor and outdoor pool with small parks and a dog park. I have kids in the middle school and haven’t had any problems

"Colonial Virginia Flavor in Contemporary Setting"

Great neighborhood for senior company grades with two income working households. Great amenities close to shopping, transportation and schools. Large homes that are relatively still new. Year round indoor pool. Neighborhood has restricted parking curbs.

  3. Neighborhood has restricted parking curbs and lots of teens so many families have more beat up cars than their garages and driveways hold.
  4. Has an unstable HOA with lots of turnover that make stupid personal decisions instead of what is good for the neighborhood and the residents.

Port Potomac is located in Woodbridge, Virginia. It's close to Stonebridge Town Center, Potomac Mills Mall, VRE, Northern Virginia Community College, Sentara Potomac Hospital, and I-95. Consists of townhomes and single-family homes with access to lots of amenities. Close to Quantico, Fort Belvoir and the Pentagon.
