"Great small neighborhood"

There are many military and retired military in this neighborhood of 33 homes. I would guess that 30% of the neighborhood is active or retired military. The neighborhood gets together for several events. Last year we did a community Halloween party for the third year in a row and rented bounce houses for the kids and set up tables and did a potluck. When people come and go there are normally lunches or dinners to celebrate. This neighborhood is comprised of three culs-de-sac so no one comes into this neighborhood who doesn't have a reason to be here. There are no people driving through to get to the next place. The schools are great and include Cedar Road Elementary, Great Bridge Middle and Grassfield High School. The homes in this neighborhood are 95% brick in construction. Many people spend time outside on sunny days and the neighborhood takes good care of their lawns. People are definitely friendly. We traded my husband's commute for the exceptional schools.
