If you rent in Hubert area you get more house for your money and a quick ride to the back gate in the mornings and evenings. I live off Riggs Road and it took me 20 minutes to get to the main gain in the morning during rush hour. Hubert is just outside the back gate but it’s farther from town so you have to drive to Target, Walmart and etc. It's only 17 minutes to the hospital, not during rush hour. The other downside is that there are trailer parks but that is what drive the rent down, but we never had an issue with crime and the schools were Swansboro.
