Bicentennial Village: Off Base Neighborhood/Subdivision

Review

"Love it here!!!"

Loooove this neighborhood! We've lived here for a few years now and we have the best neighbors anyone could ask for. It's quiet, close to everything, reasonably priced, and everyone looks out for each other. In my experience meeting neighbors, most people living here are some form of law enforcement, military, teacher, nurse, or civil service (past or present).

Pros Cons
  1. No HOA
  2. Great people/area
  3. Facebook page is informational and awesome
  1. People will complain about your muffler noise on the Facebook page if you have loud exhaust (haha)

Bicentennial Village is a gorgeous, well-established neighborhood about 15 minutes from base. The houses are single-family homes surrounded by large trees and friendly neighbors. Just minutes away are grocery stores, restaurants and gas stations. Perfect for a family, empty nester or couples!

Pros Cons
  1. Beautiful, established homes
  2. Lovely landscaping throughout common neighborhood areas
  1. Some of the nearby neighborhoods can be noisy!
