"Early 2000’s Build"

This neighborhood really does try when it comes to social events, however, they get cancelled or do not get put together at all 60% of the time. The neighbors seem to be closer to the late 30s+ range. Everyone keeps to themselves and there is usually a high turnover of neighbors. The houses are older looking. They’re mostly brick and siding, one story type builds with the occasional two story house dropped in there. There’s an HOA but the rules are never enforced about lawn maintenance which devalues the neighborhood. There’s a community pool, playground, and tennis court. Whenever we wanted to play tennis, someone was always giving lessons there so we rarely got to use the courts. The pool season is too short as well. One plus side of this neighborhood is that when Hurricane Matthew happened, this was one of the few subdivisions in Richmond Hill that never lost power and barely flooded.
