"Quiet neighborhood, Good Neighbors, no HOA"

We've lived in this neighborhood for 7 years now. It's a great location to base and I've personally never been the victim of any kind of vandalism or burglary. The houses and yards are all in decent shape, it's pretty quiet, and it's very close to base. The schools are pretty decent and the bus driver for the elementary school is a very nice lady called Mrs. May. My kids have done all their elementary years at Crooked River and my oldest has attended Saint Mary's Middle. It's a very close knit community and we've really enjoyed our time here and I would highly recommend this neighborhood to anyone with kids.
