Best of the best of Amelia Island! Newest and nicest neighborhood on island. Spanish Moss and old oaks make this neighborhood truly beautiful. Super friendly and very eclectic, professionals to retirees. The community pool is very tropical feeling and kept immaculate. All homes are uniform and well kept, stucco one and two story. Super Ritzy feeling in neighborhood but not stuffy. One mile from the beach and another mile from downtown Centre street. We loved it here. Prettiest neighborhood on Amelia!! We would recommend it to anyone who works at Kings Bay, well worth the drive and the money. Living on island would be a must for us.
