Neighborhood itself is ok. Not horrible, not amazing. Run of the mill. Here is my warning: The Homeowners Association is cutthroat. You need to be (deleted) about your payments and don't even think about making a mistake and doing something to the home you own without asking permssion from them first. The very first thing they do is threaten you with a lawyer for everything! I've been paying my "dues" for over a year, 3 months in advance, and recently there was a mistake on my part with the last payment I made. Not once did they send a notice to me that something was wrong. They let it go on for 5 months without saying a single thing to me to let me know I needed to fix something and then a Lawyer's letter demanding action with 9 days to resolve it. But they sure didn't take very long to cash all those checks I've been writing for 3 months ahead of time!!! (deleted)
