Portsmouth is easily accessible to and from many towns in Rhode Island and Maine. Portsmouth has the best high schools, Look for a house without oil and AC! Bristol is awesome,
Barrington (2 towns north of Bristol) has the highest schools in the state. Bristol tries to compete with them for everything. Itâ€™s not much further than Portsmouth and you get a real town feel.
