"Yuma East Subdivision"

The neighborhood is close to a nice grocery store, multiple restaurants and other businesses. Easy access to I-8 and 32nd street so getting to MCAS Yuma is easy. It's also a good location for anyone commuting to YPG. Houses in this neighborhood are a little plainer and seem to be sturdy.

"Foothills is an up and coming neighborhood"

Homes are off the beaten path allowing for plenty of kid play space and casual social interaction with neighbors, but close enough to shops, restaurants and schools. New things were coming in as we left. Would be excited to see it now.

Pros Cons
  1. Separated from busy freeway
  2. Opportunity to make great neighborhood connections
  1. Not much landscape color
  2. Two different builders in the neighborhoods. One good one not so good
