"Beautiful subdivision close to everything"

This is a quiet & pleasant subdivision that's close to everything. Rents here may be slightly higher but you pay for the convenience. Base is a 10m drive as is much of the major shopping. This is as close as we could get to base & shopping & it was well worth it to us. You don't really see people about during the day but that's likely because it's a million degrees out. You could take walks around the neighborhood easily & safely, just keep an eye out on some speeders going down the road.
