Great little neighborhood. Houses all look very similar but nice area; very family friendly with kids playing in the streets. Lots of military families live here as well, and it's very close to Oceana back gate!

"Family friendly neighborhood close to NAS Oceana"

Great neighborhood consisting of condos and single family homes (from about 2,000 sqft - 3,600 sqft). Fenced yards are the norm. Many military families choose to live here (both based at NS Norfolk and NAS Oceana-though it is about 2.5 miles from front door to the back gate). All the streets are tree lined and have sidewalks. Biking distance to the VB Rec Center, restaurants, schools, bars, VB library, base. Less than 15 minutes drive to the commissary. About 6 miles to Dam Neck base beaches and less than 20 minutes to the VB Oceanfront Boardwalk.

"Great area for families with children!"

Very friendly neighborhood, especially if you have kids! Within five miles to NAS Oceana and Dam Neck Annex. There is some jet noise in the area, but only on the rare occasion will it interfere with your day. A somewhat pricey area, but definitely worth it.
