"Nice tucked away place to live"

I have several friends who live in this subdivision and I love the community in this neighborhood. It always felt safe and since it is more established you don't have to worry about the noise from builders like a lot of the newer developments. There are nice paved walking trails which lead you to the golf course as well.

Pros Cons
  1. Homes are well established with nice landscaping
  2. Nice walking trails behind the homes
  3. Homes seem to vary and not appear too cookie cutter style
  4. I always felt safe and driver's on the road were always cautious due to higher family population

"Dover off base housing"

Great school district, 10 minutes to base on a bad day, very military friendly community. This is a very safe area. The majority of the neighborhood is military or at least military affiliated.
