"New Neighborhood with Great Community Pool"

New neighborhood started being built in late 2004 early 2005. Very nice homes. Some homes have smaller yards and some have huge yards. My husband had an 11 minute commute door to door from our house to his squadron at NS Mayport.

  1. Builders were able to price homes very low.
  2. Homeowners were hit hard due to builder prices.

"Safe, friendly neighborhood in convenient location"

Waterleaf is conveniently located near shopping, base, and beaches. There is a nice fenced community pool and playground. There are also pet friendly walking areas. There is a neighborhood watch system in place and a very safe environment. The houses are all new and gorgeous.
