"Quiet, family friendly neighborhood"

Eastern View is a great family friendly neighborhood that gives those stationed at Quantico an easy commute to base and close proximity to shopping and restaurants. We currently rent a home in this neighborhood but many of the homeowners here enjoy the fact that there is no HOA. Even without an HOA residents seem to take pride in their property and maintain lawns and homes. For those with kids there are many young families in the neighborhood. Residents have organized community yard sales, block parties and an ice cream social for the end of the school year. There seems to be a good mix of civilian, military and law enforcement living here. Eastern view even has created a neighborhood facebook page that helps residents stay informed of activities in the area, pets that have escaped, business recommendations etc. Eastern view is only a couple miles from the TBS gate of Quantico which also is good for those working on main side as you can connect to main side from TBS and avoid traffic on the main roads and interstate. Within a few miles you will find major retailers like Walmart, Target, Kohls and many more as well as many dining options. We have great neighbors and have really enjoyed living here.
