This is a great family friendly neighborhood with mature trees, wide streets with sidewalks conveniently located to 3 awesome schools and several churches. Also located near shopping, 3 commuter lots, and 12 miles to Quantico. If you are interested in living in Stafford Va, this is a great neighborhood!! This is very family friendly area with a county library and pool within 2 miles and walking paths nearby. Stafford is growing with new shopping, grocery store and movie theater all in the process of being constructed. I have loved calling Autumn Ridge home since 2007!

"Established Neighborhood with wide streets and sidewalks"

This neighborhood was built in 1998 and has nice wide streets with sidewalks. Most of the homes are colonials with basements and large mature trees surrounding them. The neighborhood attends great schools such as Winding Creek Elementary, HH Poole Middle School and Colonial Forge High school, although Stafford has many great public school options. These homes are walking distance to HH Poole MS and within a few miles of Woodlands community pool and Porter Library. Also conveniently located near Stafford Marketplace with Target and Lowes, etc and easy drive to I95 for commuting. We love living here!!
