"Strong HOA"

This neighborhood has a strong HOA, which can be good and bad at the same time! It is a quiet neighborhood and it seems a ton of families with young children have been moving into the neighborhood. Lots of families and a growing area however you have to drive to do anything, but you are close to stuff in all directions.

"Quiet Professional"

I lived in Montclair when I first moved to Virginia. It's a nice, clean, quiet, family oriented area. I liked that it has easily accessible shopping, restaurants, parks and gyms. I worked out at Anytime Fitness and enjoyed walking on Waterway Dr. It was great for me to commute into DC for work also.

"Nice Amenities, Great for Families"

Montclair is a fabulous area for families. The subdivision is mature, so you see young families, older families, retirees, etc., so there's good diversity. There are also lots of amenities, including parks/playgrounds, pools, lakes, beaches and a library. It provides a wonderful area for walking and socializing with neighbors, and the shopping is very convenient. Children can also play at the Animated Child or All That and Jazz. Montclair is safe, clean and friendly. My family loves it here!
