"Awesome Neighborhood!"

This is a really great neighborhood to live in. Everyone that lives in the community is really friendly. There is a great mixture of people that live in the community both military(enlisted and officers) as well as civillians. There is also a wide age group that live in the neighborhood, both young and old. There is a neighborhood watch program which is very active. The schools are awesome. There is New Berlin Elementry, Oceanway Middle, and First Coast High. The community includes a club house, pool,playground, and tennis courts. As far as noise goes, its a very quiet neighborhood/community.
