Williamsburg: Off Base Neighborhood/Subdivision

Review

"Williamsburg"

We have owned a home in this neighborhood for 13 years. This is a very family friendly neighborhood with good sized lots. It is convenient to Clarksville and Nashville, yet has that country feel. The drive to Fort Campbell is 35 minutes, not 50 minutes as the previous review states. My husband made this drive to Fort Campbell on a regular basis for over 6 years. We have felt very safe there through multiple deployments. The neighborhood is very convenient to great schools. We highly recommend Williamsburg subdivision.

"Williamsburg"

Williamsburg is a wonderful family friendly neighborhood! It's considered to be in the Sango area of Clarksville off exit 11. Williamsburg is a country setting with a bit of a drive, but totally worth it. Most homes are brick with yards are .50 acre and up. A new Elementary school was just built down the road from there (Carmel Elementary). Military friendly, safe environment totally worth the drive. About 50 minutes to post.

Pros Cons
  1. Safe, Military friendly, neighborly
  1. About 50 min drive to post
