"Wonderful neighborhood!!"

We bought here and love it! It backs to a federal forest/park, trails, tons of people walking pets, jogging etc, only one entry/exit (no through traffic), kids of all ages and retirees. Many military move here and retire - good commute to Quantico or the Pentagon. Homes generally rent for $2500+. There are neighborhood parks throughout. Homeowners keep up homes, there is a lot of pride in home-ownership. The type of neighbordhhood where neighbors wave to one another (regardless of if they know one another.) All the homes are generally 2400 sq ft or larger (not including basements).

"Hidden Gem in the state forest"

Nice neighborhood with large homes, park and trails. Surrounded by Prince William Forest. One way in one way out. The neighbors are wonderfully friendly and military friendly. Pattie Elementary has also been very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Reverse commute has you through the front gate at Quantico in less then 10 mins.
