"Great Virginia Beach area"

Great area for all Virginia Beach offers: close to beaches, boardwalk, fishing, surfing, sailing and shopping. Great for families (see above) Great for Military- demographic heavily military both officer and enlisted, close to commissary and VB bases, close to Highway for Norfolk and Portsmouth duty stations. One of the best 3 school districts in my opinion in the city!

"Red Mill -Conveniently located to great schools, shopping, restaurants, and beaches"

Great, quiet neighborhood located near excellent schools. Family oriented and kids would play outside with other neighborhood kids. A short walk to several neighborhood community playgrounds. Very safe. Located less than 5 minutes from the highly rated Red Mill Elementary School and Catholic school, Target, Home Depot, grocery stores, restaurants, and specialty stores. Conveniently located (less than 10 minute drive from door to sand) to both Sandbridge and Ocean Front beaches. Close to Oceana and Dam Neck bases. The jet noise from Oceana is very minimal. Great neighborhood that I highly recommend.
