"Family Friendly Small Town Feel"

This neighborhood is a nice, safe, family friendly neighborhood where your neighbors range from married couples, families, and retirees that have lived on the block for more than 40 years. Everyone looks out for each other and there are a lot of social events. Just this week, one neighbor gave me a bucket of figs from his fig trees and another pick tomatoes and peppers from her garden and brought me a whole basket full. It's super convenient to a lot of stores and Tysons Mall and it takes just 15 mins to get downtown if there is no traffic. Ideal location, tree lined streets, new shopping district opened that has a town center feel.
