"Renters BEWARE this place has MOLD!!!"

a month after we moved in, started noticing the apt felt moist and damp, and then we had drain flies, pest control came every Monday, but the issue was never resolved just got worse - until I actually got to speak with the pest guy who stated he told management there is a pipe broken somewhere and until it gets fixed we will continue to have drain fly issues, the managment office did nothing until right before we left, after we made complaints that there was MOLD growing on our furniture and on the cabinets as well as the vents - I would NOT recommend for anyone to live at this apartment complex,while moving the tenant next to us complained of seeing black dust coming from his vent as well and proceeded to call health dept. this place needs to be shut down and renovated.. I mean you are paying approx 1,000 a month for two bedroom, carpets are dingy, kitchen cabinets old and beat up, mix match counters in bathrooms- outdated complex!! with MANY ISSUES -- RENTERS BEWARE!!!

"Good Fredericksburg Location"

This is a nice neighborhood right next to a park that has walking/jogging trails and picnic areas. Also within 5 min driving distance of downtown Fredericksburg, the mall, and the Central Park shopping area. Very little crime, nicer than average office staff and much more parking than most apartment complexes! Maintenance always responded very quickly when we needed anything. If possible, take one of the newer apartments so you can have washer/dryer in unit.
