"Off post living with an on post feeling"

North Ridge II is actually one of 5 neighborhoods that are open to each other. North Ridge II is the newer part to North Ridge and has houses that are a bit more expensive. Cross Creek has houses that are same size to bigger and then there is the Village of North Ridge which has mostly duplexes and under a HOA as well as the newest neighborhood Mountain View Estates that is still growing and is also under a HOA. These 5 neighborhoods can keep you walking for at least 1 hour. There are families with young children to teenagers, middle aged to retired. I have never seen so many dog owners as in this area who walk their dogs. Kids often come together and play on someone's ground. Most houses don't have privacy fencing. I feel very safe in this neighborhood and would choose to live here any time again. Sad to be leaving soon.

Pros Cons
  1. large lots
  2. kids playing outside
  3. all range of ages are present
  4. rather new homes
  1. nearby trailer park
  2. windy at times
