"Charming Community"

I have lived at Sea Oats about a year now and it is a very quiet and charming apartment complex. There aren't many apartments here, so you get a good community feel here. The people in the office are very helpful and have always made me feel listened to. I have a friend who may be stationed at Mayport Naval base and is thinking of moving here. When I asked the office, they mentioned a 2% monthly discount on rent. I am currently in a 2-bedroom apartment, and I pay $1655 a month, this includes water, so all I have to pay utility wise is electric and that has been about $50 to $70 a month. The office has started doing community events and contests, such as food trucks and having snacks in the office. My only con would be that they don't have reserved parking. Personally, I like being able to park in front of my apartment, so hopefully they will be getting assigned parking soon.
