"Very comfortable living area, spacious but with little recreation."

During the time I lived here, I had several disadvantages regarding the recreation of my children, since it was strictly forbidden for children to play and have fun outdoors or in the recreational areas offered. I have not gone to this place for a long time, but when I lived there, I went through that inconvenience. The comfort was really good, it is a place where one as a person can be relaxed. The residential area is spacious, suitable for any family, and is very well equipped with respect to the necessary areas such as kitchen, bathroom and living room.

It is quite wide, and this is excellent comfort. Kitchen, living room and bathrooms are very well equipped. The outside area of the house is incredibly well cared for.	The recreation of my children has been affected since I moved to this place.

These townhomes are newer, have granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and large bedrooms. Some units have great view of ocean, but you will pay for the view.

Recommendations: Be aware that you have to share a common driveway with 4 units. There are no sidewalks and will have children in the street and driveway. You can also hear your neighbors in the other units.
