"Good place to live"

Lived for two years at Tacoma Meadows nice place to live with or without family. Clean very good homes JBLM close by. Very quite most of the times and owners very polite. Highly recommend this area to live in. Being retired army I like it very much!

"Great for young families"

Personally, I can't wait to move. It's very loud and the houses are close together. There's no privacy! Some neighbors party on regular basis and cops don't come. The partying goes on till 3am about 2-3 times a week. For young families this neighborhood is great. There are a lot of kids playing on the street every day. When you are a bit older and want piece and quiet, this neighborhood is not for you! The neighborhood is pet friendly. Dogs bark all day and often run the streets. There is a nice walking trail around the neighborhood if you like jogging or walking the dogs. As long as you don't mind that loose dogs may cross your path. The back yards are small and at least 20 windows point into your yard. You also can't open the blinds/curtains unless you don't mind all neighbors looking in your house.
