"Mixed Rural Community"

Vass is good for a shorter commute to Fort Bragg, than say the commute you would get coming from Whispering Pines, Southern Pines, or Pinehurst.
There is some new revitalization of shops and I am hoping they will have success.
There is a great hardware store that is underutilized.
And of course, a 'county' grocery store of Piggly Wiggly is always a plus, but this Piggly Wiggly is in dire need of a facelift and update!
