"Brick Homes with Nice Curb Appeal"

Princess Gate was originally built about 15-20 years ago. The homes are on larger lots than the 'cookie cutter' neighborhoods that are currently being built in Whispering Pines. The development has wonderful mature trees and landscaping.
The builders also did not make every footprint exactly the same, so there is variety when you drive through the neighborhood. And the homes are mainly brick.
