"Great Newer Planned Community"

We absolutely love living in Stone Oak neighborhood. It's a great area with lots to offer. It's a master community with lots of little neighborhoods within the actual Stone Oak neighborhood. It has great schools, lots of amenities, pool, club house, country club. some inside neighborhoods are gated. There is so much to offer in this area. Since it's master planned, there is an HOA and POA for the neighborhood. Go to their website for a list of all the smaller communities within Stone Oak http://www.stoneoakpoa.com/info.php?pnum=10 I highly recommend this neighborhood and there are lots of military here mixed with civilians since San Antonio is such a large city. Stone Oak's boundary is (North) Wilderness Oak Rd, (east) I 281, (south) 1604, and (west) Blanco Road. Many people complain about the traffic. It can be a problem if you live on the eastern side of Stone Oak near I 281. They have done construction over the years. I recommend you live more south or west to avoid traffic to get to base.
